Made in Barbados, Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is handcrafted from the finest sugar cane and spring water in the land. A household name among fine Rums, it's aged in Kentucky oak barrels, giving it a complex flavour profile: floral and fruity notes meet the sweetness of apricot and banana, with overtones of vanilla to nicely blend it all together. Enjoy with cola and a twist, or take straight with some ice.
