A very unique root crop related to the dasheen family but unique
and differs in appearance and taste, very capable of holding its
own either in the company of other root crops or when cooked separately.
It is very filing and makes a good blend in soup or and when crushed
with a little milk and butter when hot makes you feel you have been
filled with energy you never knew you were missing.
